I had mentioned before that I love sweet and salty food combinations. The only problem is finding the right chip. I like my chips LIGHTLY salted, with very little salt on them. Sometimes I even like them unsalted altogether. So today, I am going to show you how to make your own chips, and you can salt them or not, as you wish.
It easier than you think. All you need is some flour tortillas, olive oil and salt.
All you have to do is layer the tortillas……..
and slice them into strips with a pizza cutter.
Then slice them the other direction so they are rectangles. Don’t be a perfectionist, it doesn’t matter if they are not all the same size.
Drizzle them with the olive oil, stirring to coat. Add the salt to your heart’s desire. Bake them at 375 degrees for ten minutes.
They come out all golden brown and crispy. Nothing is better, EXCEPT………
Nutella to dunk them in.
