I love pomegranates. We usually buy several of them this time of year to share with the entire family.
We love eating them just as much as we enjoy looking at them. They are so colorful.
Our kids will spend enormous amounts of time picking every last seed out of the shells and eating them one by one. It takes a lot of patience. I recently learned about an easy way to make Pomegranet Infused Honey.
This is an amazing discovery.
To make the honey, slice the Pomegranet in half.
Invert the slice over a bowl, bang on the back of the shell with a large spoon until all the seeds come out.
The seeds practically remove themselves. There is no need to spend hours picking them out one by one. Who knew this was so simple?
Cover the seeds with water and any unwanted debris will float to the top.

Drain the water and shell debris from the seeds.
In a food processor, pulse the seeds briefly with a sharp blade to juice them.
