You know how it goes, once the “mid life” season begins, the healthy lifestyle of the past goes out the window. We think we eat healthy and exercise enough, but we really don’t. We spend more time being the computer than we do outside doing active things. Somehow we lack energy and enthusiasm for most physical activities.
