Print Yum Delicious Pumpkin Bar Treats IngredientsBars: 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup coconut oil 1 16 oz can pumpkin pie mix 2 cups flour (can also use gluten free flour) 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda Icing: 2 8 oz. packages of softened cream cheese 1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup powdered sugar InstructionsIn a large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin.
